I am in need of a special someone to help me care for my beloved 2-year-old son, who is eagerly looking forward to his 3rd birthday in May 2025. The ideal candidate would have some professional childcare experience, being able to provide both attentive supervision and nurturing care. My son is G-tube fed and is slowly learning to eat and drink orally. He also requires anti-seizure medication in the evenings, but I would guide you through the process to ensure you are comfortable providing this care. Being developmentally delayed, my son is currently receiving physiotherapy, speech therapy, and feeding therapy, some sessions being conducted at home, others outside. Hence, I'm looking for an individual that's compassionate and patient, and who can add value to his learning journey. The job is part-time and involves working on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at various times during the day, to be discussed more specifically upon hiring. It's important that you are capable and willing to work less than 20 hours per week. While this is primarily a live-out position, we can discuss options for a few nights stay if necessary. Importantly, you would need a driver's license and your personal car is required for duties that may involve driving. Among your responsibilities would be keeping up with some light housekeeping, preparing meals specifically for my son, and assisting him with bathing and dressing. Despite this being a part-time job, you will play a full-time role in making sure my young one is well looked after.
