We have two lovely girls, aged 7 and 10, and two friendly pets—a cat and a dog, both in their mid-years. Our oldest daughter is now 4 years old, and our little one just turned 2! They are well-behaved (most of the time... lol), super smart, very athletic, and full of energy! Ideally, we'd need some help asap, the essential hours are: --> Saturdays, approx. 9 AM to 5 PM. Half-day of childcare to start, then some light housekeeping/cleaning while they nap. --> Some weekday evenings are a possibility to help with supper, feeding, dishes, and bedtime, approx 5 PM to 9 PM. We would start with Saturdays only, and this would be an option from time to time once we build trust. Tasks include playing with our baby girls and doing various skill-building or educational activities, feeding them, and tidying up around the house. It would be a big plus if you could also do dishes, clean the kitchen, as well as do vacuum, mop and bathrooms to keep the house clean. Requirements are as follows: --> Significant experience with childcare. Good judgement and maturity. --> Someone local, ideally from the Saint-Laurent area. --> Driver's liscence is a plus, own car would be good. --> Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented. --> Available and flexible schedule. We are a family residing in Ville St Laurent, in need of a dedicated, full-time, live-in nanny. Our family consists of two adorable children who are in daycare, presenting an opportunity for a caregiver who does value a fairly light workload. However, as we are expecting a newborn in July, this position would suit someone who is prepared to adapt to our growing family's needs. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can start immediately. Our required working schedule is both morning and evening from Monday to Friday, totaling to 40-50 hours a week. We're hoping to build a long-term relationship with our nanny, fostering trust and a comforting presence in our home for our children. Your responsibilities would be on the lighter side as our kids are currently in daycare, but we would expect help with tasks such as cooking, light housekeeping, preparing meals for our kids, bathing and dressing children, keeping the kitchen tidy, doing family laundry, and cleaning the house. Further duties will be added with the arrival of our newborn, so adaptability and patience are a plus. Please note that a driver's license is not required for this position, and the use of an automobile is not applicable. Je cherche du soutien au quotidien. Je cherche quelqu’un pour aller chercher ma fille à l’école et préparer le souper. La personne doit ensuite aller porter ma plus jeune à blainville en voiture à son cours, attendre, puis la ramener. On pourrait alterner une semaine sur deux. L'autre semaine, ce serait d'aller chercher ma plus vieille à l'école, la faire souper, l'amener à son cours de karaté à 3 minutes de la maison et la ramener. Nous avons un berger allemand. Elle est très gentille avec son monde donc quelqu’un à l’aise avec les gros chiens. Mon besoin est principalement les mardis. Ce serait sur du long terme.

Vous vous occuperiez du bébé pendant ce temps. Ma conjointe ferait tous les allaitements de la journée. Vous pourriez avoir à donner un ou deux repas solides (préparés par ma conjointe). Du rangement léger de la cuisine (lave-vaisselle, comptoirs, etc.) est aussi souhaité. La journée n'a pas besoin d'être la même à chaque semaine et peut être flexible (jours de la semaine seulement). Cela serait à partir de maintenant jusqu'en mi-avril au minimum, possiblement plus, à discuter. Nous habitons dans une maison unifamiliale sans animaux domestiques.
