I am eager to find a kind, fun, and energetic Part-Time Caregiver for my sweet, albeit at times rambunctious—sweet 6-year-old boy and a creative 9-year-old girl. Your main responsibility will be picking up the children from their school daycare by 5:30pm which is only a 10-minute walk from our home and looking after them some weekdays (ex this Friday Dec 5th), from 5:30 until we get home around 8:30/9pm. The right candidate will not require a driver's license, as the mode of transportation will be walking back from daycare. It's also worth mentioning that the use of a car is not applicable for this role. This position is strictly part time afterschool care/occasionally babysitting for a few hours on the weekend, so please keep that in mind while applying. You will be caring for our two wonderful 2 children, both of whom are between the ages of 6 and 9 years. The duties encompass preparing simple snacks or meals (spaghetti no sauce, naan bread air fryer pizza, etc) for the children and ensuring their safety during the short walk from daycare to home. This role won't be time-consuming as it requires a few hours when we are able to schedule a date night or if we have an event after work, making it perfect for those seeking a part-time babysitter or caregiver position with flexibility. The preferred start date for this position is this Friday Dec 5th (05.12.2025).
