My son is 2+ years old and is on the spectrum, I am looking for someone who knows how to cater to his special needs. Given his age, he is very energetic and inquisitive, necessitating someone who is patient and attentive. As I am managing my work commitments, coping with my son's active periods, and trying to maintain a calm environment for work, I require someone who can handle the more energetic times of the day on certain weekdays - specifically three to four days a week. On each of these days, I anticipate needing help for approximately 5 to 6 hours, though this may change depending on fluctuations in my work schedule. I need the nanny to be available specifically on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and other days as needed.
