My name is Ayissi, i am looking for on call care or after school hours care at home. He is 6 years old, and he has Cerebral palsy spastic diplegia. At home, he has a wheelchair and a walker to move around. He is easy going and likes to move a lot. He is very strong and it's getting difficult to lift him. We have a transfer lift to help! He needs diaper change, to be fed and be lifted from his wheelchair to his walker, to the bed, changing etc... because of his condition he is non-verbal but, says some words. He will need supervision and, assistance all the time. He is very social/vocal and knows what he wants. He likes to move around in his walker, crawl on his mat. Walks at the park, swimming. I am looking for part-time and, if everything goes well! We can increase the time Monday-Friday in the afternoon 2pm to 5pm.
