Full-Time Nanny Needed in Abbotsford – Split Shift – $20–$23/hr
Hello! I’m a mom in Abbotsford looking for reliable childcare for my three kids (7, 5, and 3) while I attend full-time studies at UFV starting in January. My oldest is autistic and we’re a neurodivergent household, so someone who is calm, patient, and understanding would be a wonderful fit. Experience with neurodivergent kids or ECE/ECEA training is a bonus, but the right personality — gentle, steady, and reliable — matters most. We also have two friendly cats, so comfort with pets is important. Hours Needed (on my parenting days): ✨ Early Mornings (approx. 5:45am–8:30am) – Wake kids – Simple breakfast – Drop my youngest at daycare (7:30) – Drop my older two at school (8:20) ✨ Afternoons (approx. 2:20pm–5:00pm) – School pick-up – Bring kids home – Snacks, play, light homework – Keeping routines calm and consistent This schedule is a split shift (two shorter blocks each weekday) and is steady, consistent work. Additional Needs: • Pro-D days when school is closed • Occasional sick-day coverage when possible • Light kid-related tidying (breakfast dishes into sink, toys away) • Reliable vehicle + safe driving for drop-offs/pick-ups Pay & Details: • $20/hr (with a slightly higher rate for ECE/ECEA or strong relevant experience) • Mileage reimbursed • ACCB subsidy on my end (guaranteed monthly pay through invoicing) • Start date: January 2026, with a couple run-throughs in December to make sure it’s a good fit I’d love to meet sometime this month for a quick introduction so we can both see if it feels right. 💛 Please message me with your availability and experience I’d love to chat!
